Positivity

"It's a deal-breaker if a candidate doesn't have a cheerful and upbeat demeanour." To be clear, I'm not referring to a Pollyanna mindset, but rather to someone who exudes a positive attitude, grin, enthusiasm, and optimism that people notice when they connect with them. Furthermore, when'stuff' happens, they have an extraordinary capacity to identify out fundamental causes, work through them with optimism, learn from the experience, and find some type of silver lining."


Reliability

"Scientists forecast future behaviour by using consistent—or reliable—past results." At work, the same is true. Reliability is vital since it shows your potential supervisor what to expect from you in the future. Show your dependability by arriving on time for interviews or meetings and providing your CV and any other material asked on time."


Transparency
